Seven days, day by day: the programme, the team, the dining and everything that's included, gathered in one place.

Rhythm and ritual

Morning

Ground and nourish

Morning light fills the Ballroom as daily yoga and breathwork sessions begin the day. Framed by garden views and followed by your personalised elixir and breakfast crafted by Aaron, mornings are designed to restore balance gently and without urgency.

Noon

Restore and explore

Meditation, sound healing and restorative treatments shape the rhythm of the afternoon, each experience building quietly on the one before. Between sessions, the estate is yours – the sauna, pool, library, river and land, followed by a plant-based lunch.

Night

Connect and rest

Evenings are shaped around connection, conversation and rest. Aaron Brunet’s long-table dinners unfold within the Grand Formal Dining Room, followed by fireside moments with our wellness experts, before your retreat to your private sanctuary.

Before You Arrive

Some guests choose to reduce alcohol, caffeine, gluten or refined sugar before arriving to ease the transition into the retreat. Others arrive exactly as they are. This is your retreat, on your terms.

Your Arrival

Your journey begins at Queenstown Airport with a complimentary transfer through Central Otago to Earnscleugh Castle. Settle in and enjoy lunch before a guided tour of the estate.

Mid-week

Around Day 3, something shifts. The body exhales, the mind quietens, and restoration deepens. This is where the cumulative benefits of Sanctum 7 begin to unfold.
