We’re delighted to be included in Qantas Traveller Advisor Magazine’s November Special Report on New Zealand, which names nearby Clyde “The Historic Gem” of Central Otago.
Clyde is just five minutes from Earnscleugh Castle, the home of Sanctum 7. The magazine calls it “a compelling reason to head south”, set “in the midst of Central Otago’s cinematic landscapes”. It’s something we’ve always felt about this corner of the world, and it’s lovely to see it recognised.
The setting is a big part of why we chose Earnscleugh Castle as the sanctuary for our retreats. Guests have 12 hectares of private grounds to explore, and the surrounding landscape too, through guided walks. The place becomes part of the experience.
“For the ultimate reset, book one of the seven-day wellness retreats, designed to restore body and mind.”
Thank you to the Qantas Traveller Advisor team for shining a light on Clyde, and on the retreat. If you’d like to know more about Sanctum 7, or are thinking of making the trip south, we would love to hear from you.
